People are always saving their egg cartons for me, and occasionally I have to thin them out. What better way to do that than with this handy guide to egg carton crafts advertised in a vintage Workbasket magazine.
Actually, I wouldn’t be caught dead making any of these. About the only sensible use for them is wax fire starters, in my opinion, or in a pinch as storage for a bead project. The plastic ones are useful as paint trays too. But as a peacock for my wall or a rampant French poodle (did you see it on the cover of the book!)…no thank you.
What do you do with egg cartons besides give them to the chicken lady?
